Bel came to us after being in a high kill shelter in CA. We didn't get a lot of background info about her but are greatly enjoying getting to know her now. She is extremely loving & wants nothing more than to get her belly rubbed & play with her tennis ball. She is great with kids 9 years & older. Her foster family had a large group of people over for the holidays & she did wonderfully with everyone. She likes to welcome everyone at the door with a wagging tail & a happy smile. Bel is approx 5-6 years old & is in good health. She has no food allergies or environmental allergies that we've found. She needs to live in a home as an only dog or be very slowly introduced to a new dog over a period of time. But is more than happy to receive all the love you can give. She also loves to wrestle with the other boxer in her foster home. Bel doesn't require a lot of exercise so we think she could be great as an apartment or senior living dog. Bel is 100% potty & kennel trained. She actually likes her kennel like it's a little bedroom. Bel loves to sit at her mom's feet in the office & is calm in the house. So you wouldn't have to worry about her knocking in to you or having more energy than you can handle. Bel knows Sit & Heel. She is currently working on Laydown.
