COURTESY POSTING Etta was brought to Sunset Veterinary Center by a couple who found her matted and flea infested. She was provided with the necessary vaccinations and Revolution was applied to help treat her flea condition. The clinic ran full blood and urine tests which all came back negative for any problems. However, Etta may need some additional TLC. This little girl tends to have shortness of breathe or wheezing but is slowing improving. Regardless, her new family needs to be prepared to possibly treat her with additional medication if necessary. She tested hyperthyroid and is on methimizole daily. Etta is a calm companion. She prefers to sit on your lap or curl up on the bed next to you. The best guess in age is about 8 years old (not a senior yet but an adult). She is currently in foster care and sharing a home with a Doberman mix and taking life in stride. Ideally she needs a family who will appreciate her for her sweet personality and provide the love she so much deserves.
